I’ve been looking for a class local to me since leaving work in Leeds where it seems there’s a studio on every corner. I stumbled across the Yoga Parlour online and decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. It’s in a beautiful location. Nicola was very welcoming and knowledgeable leading my partner and I through a lovely class which ended with that gorgeous yoga glow I’d been missing so much. We’re really looking forward to starting a regular practice again.

A beautiful studio to practice Yoga surrounded by stunning countryside. Attended a Hatha yoga nidra session, which, with everything going on in my life was just the job.  Very relaxing and could listen to Nicolas voice all day long. Mats, bolsters, and blocks provided and even a cuppa and biscuits at the end of the session. Made a boring Sunday afternoon very enjoyable and relaxing which I struggle to do, so for me a 10/10.  Hopefully when diaries align attend her weekly classes.
