Thoroughly enjoyed Yoga Ndra workshop. It was great to have the time to hold the stretches and then relax.
It felt like being on a retreat in Nicola's beautiful, well equipped studio which is set in lovely countryside.
Looking forward to attending other workshops in the future.
Thank you Nicola for organising and teaching the session.

A beautiful studio to practice Yoga surrounded by stunning countryside. Attended a Hatha yoga nidra session, which, with everything going on in my life was just the job. Very relaxing and could listen to Nicolas voice all day long. Mats, bolsters, and blocks provided and even a cuppa and biscuits at the end of the session. Made a boring Sunday afternoon very enjoyable and relaxing which I struggle to do, so for me a 10/10. Hopefully when diaries align attend her weekly classes.
